College of Business at Amman Arab University Implements a Qualitative Academic Program for Employees of the Jordanian Free Zones Group
As part of its vision of serving the local community, College of Business at Amman Arab University implemented a qualitative academic program for employees of the Jordanian Group of Free Zones and Development Zones entitled “Economic Feasibility Study,” presented by a faculty member at the college/Accounting Department, Professor. Muhammad Shubita. Through the program, 20 employees were trained to prepare economic feasibility studies and build models using specialized software. The program was well received by the participants, noting that this pioneering group that underwent this program implements and supervises many vital projects in the Kingdom, including the Ajloun cable car project, the Dead Sea Corniche, and the free zones spread throughout the Kingdom, including in Zarqa and Queen Alia International Airport.
It is noteworthy that Dr. Shubita is an expert in the field of preparing financial and economic feasibility studies and held several positions at the university, including advisor to the president for financial affairs and head of the accounting and finance department. He has implemented many local and international training programs.
