Training Course on the Recitation and Intonation of the Holy Qur’an for the Students at Amman Arab University
Deanship of Student Affairs/Office of Career Guidance and Graduate Follow-up, in cooperation with the College of Sharia at Amman Arab University, organized a training course entitled “Recite the Qur’an in a Recitation,” directed at the University’s students at the bachelor’s and master’s levels, graduates, and the local community. It was presented by Dr. Othman Al-Jabbarat, a faculty member in the College of Sharia at the University, and it received the admiration of the participating students.
This training course is regarded as one of the training courses and workshops implemented by the office in cooperation with the academic colleges at Amman Arab University within the student’s skills portfolio. The course aimed to provide brief recitation and intonation of holly Qura’n entitled “And recite the Qur’an with a recitation,” in which details were presented about the meaning of recitation, the virtues of intonation, its importance, and brief examples on the Marked Meem and Noun, the Sakinah Meem and Sakinah Noun, Tanween and Maddud, with warnings on their details and innovative ways to understand their contents.
