"Amman Arab University" Organizes a Training Workshop on Entrepreneurship and Starts- up Business in Cooperation with the Municipality of Bab Amman
Center for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Amman Arab University, in cooperation with the Bab Amman Municipality, held a specialized training workshop entitled “Entrepreneurship and Starts-up Business,” which targeted a number of participants from the local community from areas adjacent to the University from all majors .It is worth-mentioning that the theoretical and practical workshop lasted three days.
It is noteworthy that the workshop aimed to establish a culture of entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation and to encourage the local community to innovate and think creatively and work to discover their own potential and come up with pioneering ideas and transform them into entrepreneurial projects and businesses, through several topics presented by a distinguished group of faculty members in the College of Business at Amman Arab University has several specializations, including:
• Introduction to entrepreneurship and starts-up projects.
• Generating creative ideas.
• Business plan for entrepreneurial projects.
• How to create the added value.
• Human resources management in entrepreneurial projects and starts-up projects.
• Marketing entrepreneurial projects and starts-up projects.
• Finding sources of funding for pioneering projects and starts-up projects.
• Protecting intellectual property and registering entrepreneurial companies and starts –up projects.
The workshop concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants in the presence of the University president. It was also confirmed that the center will work to hold a group of additional training workshops in the future in the same context to reach the largest possible number of the local community.
