Prof. Shubaita from Amman Arab University Participates in an International Conference
Amman Arab University participated in the eleventh Arab International Conference for Quality Assurance in Higher Education with the participation of experts and academics from various Arab countries, which was held in the Republic of Tunisia. Amman Arab University was represented at the conference listed in the Scopus database by Professor. Muhammad Fawzi Shbita, a faculty member at the College of Business, as part of the activities of the eleventh session organized by the University of Tunis Al-Manar and in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities, presidents and representatives of Arab universities, ambassadors of Arab countries, and the ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Tunisia.
Prof.Shubaita presented a research paper entitled “The Information content of Profitability: Evidence form Jordanian Industry Sector” within the scope of performance evaluation, which included (73) researchers and academics from (16) Arab countries and specialists in the field of quality in the higher education and research sector, where (188) papers were presented scientifically, with the aim of exchanging experiences and research in order to enhance the role of Arab universities as an academic space capable of establishing a culture of quality and obtaining accreditation in accordance with applicable international standards.
It is noteworthy that Amman Arab University is constantly working to encourage and support the participation of faculty members in such international events as part of its pursuit of leadership and excellence in the field of scientific research.
