“Amman Arab University” Participates in the Islamic Marketing Conference
Amman Arab University participated in the activities of the Fourteenth Islamic Marketing Conference, which was held in Georgia under the auspices of the International Organization for Islamic Marketing. The University was represented in the conference activities by Dr. Fatima Kassab Al-Khalidi, Associate Professor of Jurisprudence and its Principles in the Faculty of Sharia’ at Amman Arab University. During the conference, Dr. Fatima presented a research paper entitled:
“From Taghrīr to Trust: A Comparative Study of Misrepresentation Challenges in Online Sales Contracts within Islamic Law and the Jordanian Legal Framework”
Through this research paper, Dr. Fatima addressed issues related to the challenges associated with deception in electronic sales contracts from the perspective of Islamic law and the Jordanian legal system. I
t is noteworthy that the 14th World Islamic Marketing Conference, organized by the International Islamic Marketing Authority (IIMA), aims to explore innovative marketing strategies that are based on Islamic values and principles, targeting a diverse consumer base, which is part of a sustainable chain that has passed through multiple global cities, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Kuala Lumpur, Tunisia, Casablanca, and Istanbul. The event is considered the largest global platform specialized in this field.
