College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University Implements Two Training Workshops on "Active Classroom Management" and "The Value Teacher"
College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University carried out two training workshops entitled "Active Classroom Management from a Modern Perspective" and "The Value Teacher and its Impact on the School Educational Environment in the Digital Age" at the Academy of Balanced Science.
Professor. Khaled Abu Shaira and Dr. Bassam Ghanem from the Department of Educational Assets and Management at the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences presented the two workshops. The teachers of the basic stage were targeted from the first grade to the eighth grade. The first workshop dealt with how to effectively manage the class, class management methods, the importance of effective classroom management, communication Values are a model (the four Ts), and how the teacher develops the values of his students in light of globalization and the acceleration of modern means of communication.
At the end of the two workshops, the Academy and Teachers Department expressed their thanks for the cooperation of the Arab Amman University represented by the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the implementation of such training workshops, and the importance of the continuity of cooperation between the university and the academy. The participation of the college comes within the university's policy and directions to the need to participate and attitudes to networking with various local community institutions to achieve sustainable development objectives in the fields of teaching and training.
