“History of Mathematics "A Book by Professor Imad Al-Zuhairi, Faculty Member at Amman Arab University
A new book called "History of Mathematics" was recently published by Prof. Imad Al-Zuhairi, a faculty member at the College of Arts and Sciences at Amman Arab University. It is the third book written by Al-Zuhairi. The book deals with the history of mathematics in ancient civilizations: Babylonian, Egyptian, Greek, and Indian.
It is worth mentioning that Prof. Imad Al-Zuhairi holds a Ph.D. from the Polish University of Lodz in 1993 in mathematics, and a master's degree from the British University of London in mathematics, and worked as dean of the College of Arts and Sciences from 2019 - 2021 at Amman Arab University. He worked in Iraqi and Yemeni universities for two decades. Professor Al-Zuhairi got the professorship in 2012.He has many publications in his field, and supervised many theses.
