•  *Skills for Computer Leadership LLC (Specto®): Specto is a company specialized in software development and professional training. It was responsible for operating the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) program in Jordan under the auspices of the UNESCO office in Cairo from 2001 to 2011. Since 2011, it has been responsible for the ICDL program in 10 countries across the Middle East and North Africa, reporting directly to the ICDL Foundation in Dublin, Ireland. Furthermore, Specto has developed one of the few automated testing systems in the world for ICDL examinations, available in Arabic, English, and French. The company also created a management information system used in approximately 15 countries in the Middle East and North Africa, having signed a cooperation agreement with the Consulting and Training Center at Al-Ahliyya Amman University to become an accredited center for conducting ICDL exams.
