The College of Pharmacy was established in 2016 by a national initiative to fulfill the need for local and regional qualified pharmacists. The College adopted an ambitious vision that concurred with the university's vision to be an innovative and distinguished College in pharmaceutical education, scientific research, and community service at the local and regional levels.
The College of Pharmacy is a pioneering model consisting of distinguished academic College members who graduated from prestigious universities, striving towards development, community service, and adopting creative initiatives that exploit all available opportunities for self-development. The modernly equipped classrooms and research laboratories are available to deliver advanced teaching through serving effective interactions with students. In addition to the adoption of a comprehensive study program with an integrated plan that achieves a premium quality of education and keeps pace with the requirements of the work market as well as the rapid progression of scientific technologies.
The College also provides a positive environment that brings together students and College members on the basis of mutual respect and acceptance, building the student’s personality and highlighting the aspects of excellence in it by allowing them to express their opinions, principles and ideas without restrictions or fear, in order to prepare creative and distinguished leaders, aware and fully capable of meeting the challenges and requirements of life, as well as their future career in the various fields of pharmacy profession; including hospitals, community pharmacies, pharmaceutical factories, research and clinical studies centers, and governmental and private institutions concerned with the safety of patients’ health. Our students create successful stories, promising innovations and always look forward to their bright future with pharmacy guaranteeing the best medical care for all patients.
The College is striving to join pioneering partnerships to expand its academic programs and introduce new distinguished programs that include bachelor’s and master’s programs in accordance with local and international standards. It aims to secure the leading position among Jordanian and regional universities.
