Since the establishment of Amman Arab University in 1999 as a university specializing in graduate studies, the Department offers a master's degree in Computer Science, where it was previously awarded a doctorate degree in computer science as well.
It attracts increasing numbers of students from Jordan and other countries to study in the master's program, which is characterized by flexibility and sobriety and in terms of applying the general standards of national and international quality and keeping abreast of its plans and curricula.
The Department provides computer faculty members who graduated from the finest universities in the world, and known for their scientific, research and professional experience, and it is keen to review and update the curriculum and learning styles, methods and the providing of infrastructure of devices and operating systems.
It also interacts with the academic local, regional and global professional community through initiatives, forums, conferences and publishing in well reputable journals journals specializing in the field, seminars and lectures

About the Master of Computer Science (M.Sc.):
The Master of Computer Science (M.Sc.) is a degree program that includes advanced coursework in computer networks, algorithms, artificial intelligence, operating systems, and research methodologies in computer science. Moreover, students will gain several skills such as knowledge of a variety of programming languages, specialist understanding of computer science theories, methods, practices, and strategy.
