In Collaboration with Crown Prince Foundation: "Arts and Sciences" College at Amman Arab University Conducts Career Development Training
Reflecting its commitment to social responsibility and community engagement, the College of Arts and Sciences at Amman Arab University organized a training workshop titled "Personal and Professional Career Planning" in cooperation with the Crown Prince Foundation – Balqa Governorate Office. The session was led by Mr. Hassan Al-Saqour and trainer Aseel Noor from the Crown Prince Foundation, with the attendance of Dr. Mutaib Alotaibi, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Dr. Lina Al-Jarrah, Head of the Department of Basic Humanities and Scientific Sciences, and Dr. Mohammad Al-Samadi, faculty member at the College of Arts and Sciences.
The training covered several key topics, including,Self-discovery and identifying career inclinations ,Developing emotional intelligence as a tool for effective communication and success, Understanding modern labor market demands and evolving trends, Crafting a professional CV ,Interview preparation and interaction skills, Designing a personalized career path aligned with skills and opportunities, and Adapting to professional challenges and building psychological resilience
The workshop aimed to empower students and graduates in consciously planning their career trajectories while enhancing their ability to navigate the rapidly changing job market. Participants actively engaged in the session, expressing appreciation for its practical content and its role in boosting their professional readiness.
This initiative is part of a series of programs through which Amman Arab University seeks to equip students with essential skills for career excellence.
