Aligned with the College of Engineering’s mission to deliver distinguished education, research, and architectural innovation—and reinforcing the Department of Architecture’s academic vision in connection with UN Sustainable Development Goals—students presented their graduation projects under directives from Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Widyan, University President, and follow-up by Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, Dean of the College of Engineering. The projects were supervised by Professor Dr. Hanan Ahmad and evaluated by a jury comprising Engineer Asma Al-Sayed, Engineer Diana Al-Tarzi, and Engineer Emad Darawsheh.

The projects featured diverse innovative design concepts in locations beyond Amman, aiming to boost tourism, revitalize local industries, and generate economic benefits. Themes included Dead Sea product manufacturing/marketing, Aqaba’s ship/yacht industry, astronomical sciences, and behavioral rehabilitation for youth. The individually developed projects were:

1. Aqaba Boat Design & Maintenance Port Complex

Presented by Ayah Ibrahim Ahmad Abdul Qadir

2. Dead Sea Salt Geological Center

Presented by Farah Mufleh Atallah Al-Suleiman

3. Wadi Rum Astronomical Sciences & Studies Complex

Presented by Omar Khatab Omar Al-Minawi

4. Corrective Rehabilitation and Psychological Therapy Center
