Blood Donation Campaign for Siblings in Gaza from Amman Arab University
Coping with the continuation of Amman Arab University’s attitude and its support and assistance to the steadfastness of our brotherly people in Gaza Strip against the fierce war of the Israeli military force, Professor. Mohamad Al-Widyan, President of the University, opened the blood donation campaign organized by the University to support the people in Gaza Strip under the slogan (From Our Hearts to Gaza). It was organized by the College of Business at the University, in partnership with Knights of Peace, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs, supported by the staff of the health center at the University, under the supervision of staff from the blood bank.
During the opening, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan stressed the necessity of always standing by the brothers and sisters in Gaza due to the difficult circumstances they are encountering as a result of the comprehensive siege that the city is witnessing and the extent of the destruction caused by the aggression against it. The idea of this humanitarian blood donation campaign comes from the humanitarian and fraternal duty and the continuous support that calls always by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, alongside the brothers in beloved Palestine.
It is noteworthy that the campaign witnessed a large turnout from students and members of the academic and administrative staff, under the supervision of officials at the blood bank.
