Karam Bazaar at Amman Arab University
Under the patronage of the President of Amman Arab University, Professor. Mohamad Al-Widyan, the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University, in cooperation with “Karam Market,” organized a charity bazaar for the fourth time and over the course of five days on the university with the participation of (20) participants from companies and women from the local community. The bazaar was opened by a representative of The President of the University, his Assistant for Academic Affairs, Professor. Ismail Yamin, and in the presence of Professor. Khaled Bani Hamdan, Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Alaa Al-Bawat, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, the Deanship staff, and a number of members of the academic and administrative staff and University students, where Dr. Yamin welcomed those in charge of this bazaar and spoke, saying :that Amman Arab University, within its vision, works to participate in community service and support. In turn, Prof. Bani Hamdan added that the goal of organizing such bazaars is to support women in society and emerging companies. He explained that 20% of the bazaar’s revenues will be allocated to the “Gaza Relief” campaign launched by Amman Arab University recently.
It is noteworthy that the bazaar included many handicrafts, industrial crafts, purposeful games, and traditional foods, and was well received by students and workers at the University.
