Students of Arbitration and Commercial Dispute Resolution Program Visit the Arab Union for Intellectual Property
The College of Law at Amman Arab University organized a visit for Master’s program students to the Arab Union for Intellectual Property. Under the supervision of Dr. Inas Khalidi, the visit aimed to enhance practical knowledge in arbitration. Osama Al-Bitar, the Secretary-General, welcomed the students and emphasized the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and the union. He discussed the union’s role in promoting intellectual property rights and improving arbitration practices.
The visit included a lecture on "Principles of Arbitration in Intellectual Property Disputes," focusing on legal foundations and the significance of arbitration in Jordan.
This initiative aimed to deepen students' understanding of applying legal principles in real-world scenarios. The experience enriched their academic awareness in the field of arbitration and intellectual property.
