Digital Transformation and Smart Management By: Prof. Dr. Younes Megdadi

There has been much talk about digital transformation and its countless advantages, which imposed itself on various sectors and countries around the world, which indicates that our world today has become governed by modern technological technologies, which have replaced a number of traditional and boring procedures and tools for everyone, whose roots are still very well established. There is a great deal of thought and culture in administrations that do not believe in digital transformation, which increased everyone’s anxiety and astonishment with such an administrative and leadership thought that is far from the challenges and requirements of the times in light of a changing world governed by technology and modernity.

On the other hand, it is repeated by many followers that one of the most prominent challenges of digital transformation lies in the mismanagement, which has produced thought and behavior that is unable to keep pace with the times and its requirements due to its lack of belief or lack of knowledge of the importance of digital transformation. Which mostly revolves in the orbit of business and show-stopping deceit, which prompted the countries of the developed world to get rid of such administrative and leadership patterns, most of which were the result of poor selection as a major cause that exaggerated the scale of suffering in third world countries in particular.

Once the global race to adopt digital transformation as a magic formula was aimed at getting rid of various forms of flabbiness, negligence, and corruption in all its forms, and improving performance levels with its various standard and qualitative indicators. In fact, this new transformation was able to create a new model in management that believes in the requirements of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in what is called smart management, which we miss for its obvious and obvious role aimed at getting rid of the traditional management with its remnants so that everyone can catch up with the new global race and walk in the ranks of the countries of the world.

This issue was stopped everyone هn light of this transformation as a need to expedite the start of getting rid of the narcissism of traditional management patterns and their remnants in order to respond to the requirements of the times without delay in order to be able to restructure what is prevalent with modern administrative and leadership models that touch reality and its requirements in harmony with the aspirations of His Majesty King Abdullah II, the great son of Al-Hussein, and his trustworthy Crown Prince, Sahib His Royal Highness Prince Al-Hussein Ibn Abdullah, may God protect and preserve them, so that everyone can enjoy a future of development, prosperity and prosperity.
