Academic Appointments at Amman Arab University (AAU)
In line with the University's ongoing efforts to develop its academic competencies and enhance its journey towards leadership and excellence in higher education, the Board of Trustees of Amman Arab University, during a session chaired by the Board President, Dr. Omar Mashour Haditha Al-Jazy, and based on the recommendation of the University President, Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Widyan, has decided on the academic appointments for the 2025-2026 academic year as follows:
The Board decided to appoint:
- Professor Dr. Hussam Al-Hamad as Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance,
- Professor Dr. Ismail Younis Yamin as Assistant President for Academic Affairs and Dean of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies,
- Professor Dr. Rana Abu Huwaij as Dean of the College of Pharmacy,
- Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Thuneibat as Dean of the College of Law,
- Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Khawaldeh as Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences,
- Professor Dr. Malik Al-Salam Al-Anaqreh as Dean of the College of Aviation Sciences,
- Dr. Wafa Al-Eid as Acting Dean of the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences,
- Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf as Acting Dean of the College of Engineering,
- Dr. Ohoud Al-Khasawneh as Acting Dean of the College of Business,
- Dr. Rami Sahwil as Acting Dean of the College of Information Technology,
- Dr. Kifah Al-Souri as Acting Dean of the College of Sharia,
