Amman Arab University Reaffirms Commitment to Academic Excellence
In a recent meeting aimed at strengthening communication and promoting values of excellence, Amman Arab University President, Prof. Mohammed Al-Widyan, met with senior academic leaders, including Prof. Dr. Ismail Yamin (Assistant President for Academic Affairs), Dr. Hussam Al-Hamad (Assistant President for Planning and Quality Assurance), deans, department heads, and faculty members. The goal was to reinforce the university’s role as a leading institution both locally and internationally.
Dr. Al-Widyan highlighted the importance of teamwork and innovation in the next phase, emphasizing the university's commitment to a non-profit model that prioritizes educational and research development. He underlined the crucial role of faculty members as ambassadors for the university and stressed the need for an administrative model based on fairness and participation, fostering creativity and human values.
He also affirmed that the university is dedicated to attracting top talent and ensuring students are at the center of the educational process, preparing them to be qualified and active contributors to society.
