Dr. Sama Taha from "Amman Arab University" Wins the Emerging Talent Award
Dr. Sama Taha, a professor at Amman Arab University , has accomplished a noteworthy scientific achievement by being awarded the Emerging Talent Award. This accomplishment followed her presentation of a creative project that she had been working on for six years. The initiative uses a patented American recipe to replace solvents derived from petroleum that are used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. This breakthrough improves public health, lowers expenses, and increases industry sustainability while lowering carbon emissions.
It is important to note that the administration of Amman Arab University, represented by Dr. Mohammad Al-Widyan, the university's president, made this accomplishment possible by encouraging faculty members with creative ideas to enter competition's first phase, which was hosted at the University of Business and Technology in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Samah went on to the next round, where she faced off against sixty-three innovators from Middle Eastern institutions. She then advanced to the Berlin finals, where she faced off against other world-renowned entrepreneurs. Her compelling, influential, and ground-breaking presentation won her a fellowship from the German Foundation.
