Amman Arab University is Organizing a Training Course on Managing and Leading Charitable and Humanitarian Work in Collaboration with UMR
Under the guidance of Amman Arab University's President, Professor Mohammad Al-Widyan, Consulting and Training Center has partnered with Indiana University to hold a training course titled "Managing and Leading Charitable and Humanitarian Work." The course, which will take place from December 7 to 10, 2024, will cover essential topics in management and leadership of charitable and humanitarian work, including Islamic philanthropy, philanthropic leadership, nonprofit management, volunteerism, project management, and fundraising. Participants will engage with the humanitarian sector through collaboration with international organizations and local associations, promoting contemporary concepts of charitable work and facilitating the exchange of experiences among representatives.
The course is led by a distinguished panel of instructors, including Dr. Shariq Siddiqui, Assistant Professor at Indiana University, Dr. Abdul Karim Ayoub, CEO of UMR, and Dr. Samer Abou Rumman, Research Professor at Princeton University and Consultant at the UMR Institute for Training and Research. The aim is to develop a new generation of leaders in charitable and humanitarian work, equipped to tackle increasing challenges and create a positive impact in their communities.
