The Best Scientific Research Award
Dr. Nusiba Al-Qateesh, Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Technology at Amman Arab University has recently earned the Best Scientific Research Award in the First International Conference of the Faculty of Pharmacy. The conference was Held at the Movenpick Hotel in Amman and under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Hassan bin Talal, the conference ran around Localization of Pharmaceutical Medicine in the Middle East. The event, which was oorganized in partnership with the UK-based Middle East Association of Pharmaceutical Professionals, has attracted international researchers and specialists in pharmaceutical medicine.
Dr. Al-Qateesh’s award-winning research, has been selected from a set of nearly 40 featured research published in a prominent Scopus-indexed journal. Her work highlights innovative formulations and advanced drug delivery methods aimed at treating thyroid cancer with reduced side effects. The research demonstrates a targeted approach that directs medication specifically to diseased cells, thereby minimizing harm to healthy cells and enhancing patient safety.
