College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University Implements a Social Communication Skills Workshop
College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University implemented a training workshop entitled “Social Communication Skills,” presented by graduate students at the diploma and master’s degrees from Amman Arab University under the supervision of a faculty member at the college, Professor. Shatha Al-Ajili, which was organized by the Department of Educational Psychology at the college.
The workshop, directed at University students, dealt with the tools for the ability to communicate and understand with others in the social and practical environment in terms of effective communication skills, good listening, linguistic and non-verbal communication, teamwork, and general communication skills.
The workshop also included scientific and applied activities that embodied cooperative work and activating team spirit among students, emphasizing that developing social communication skills is a basis for achieving success and personal and professional growth.
It is noteworthy that holding such activities and training workshops aims to increase students’ awareness about various emerging educational issues.
