President of "Amman Arab University" is looking for Cooperation with Greater Amman Municipality
Amman - Mayor of Amman His Excellency, Dr. Youssef Al-Shawarba received in his office, President of Amman Arab University, Professor. Mohamad Al-Widyan, in order to discuss ways of cooperation between the two parties in all available and relevant fields.
At the beginning of the meeting, which was attended by Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, Dean of the Faculty of Aviation Sciences, and Mr. Muhammad Al-Mahairat, Director of the Office of Arab Foreign Students, Prof. Al-Widyan praised all the services provided by Greater Amman municipality, and pointed to the distinguished, smart and sustainable services while maintaining Amman's identity and community development.
During the meeting, Prof. Al-Widyan emphasized Amman Arab University's keenness to always strengthen cooperation with all community institutions in order to implement the University's vision, mission and objectives, and reinforces the value of cooperation to achieve the goals of both sides in providing everything that is useful and important to the students of the university and the local community, and briefly reviewed Prof. Al-Widyan's definition of the main goals Amman Arab University and its most prominent achievements at the research as well as academic level.
Dr. Al-Shawarba praised the University's leading academic reputation, its various colleges and departments, and the outstanding model it offers in education, and confirmed that the Greater Amman Municipality, under the guidance of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, is a pioneering institution to make Amman flexible, modern and sustainable, proud of its heritage and integrity.
