Amman Arab University Participates in the International Scientific Conference for Business Colleges
Amman Arab University participated in the work of the International Scientific Conference on Business Faculties, which was held at the University of Jordan - Jordan entitled "The First International Conference and Forum on Business and the Digital Economy”
Amman Arab University was represented in the work of the conference by a faculty member at the Faculty of Business, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Ghazzawi, who presented a research paper entitled “The Relationship between Leadership Style and Employees Performance”.
The study focused on the importance of leadership on the performance of employees, as leadership patterns have a prominent role in raising the performance of employees, and the results of the study showed that democratic leadership is the most influential way for employees in raising their practical performance, as democratic leadership gives employees the ability to create and give, which develops their experiences and skills, and thus increases their practical performance, and this reflects positively on the business organizations in terms of the course of work as a whole and its competitive position in the business market
It is noteworthy that Amman Arab University is always working to encourage and support the participation of faculty members in such local, regional and international events
