Amman Arab University Implements the "Blood Donation" Initiative at Ghor Al-Safi Hospital
Amman Arab University implemented the "blood donation" initiative at Ghor Al-Safi Governmental Hospital / Southern Aghwar, under the guidance of the President of Amman Arab University, Prof. Mohamed Al-Widyan, organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs, and with the participation of the university students from the southern Jordan Valley, where this activity came in conjunction with the Medical Day at the University
The implementation of this initiative comes in light of the voluntary, service and humanitarian endeavors carried out by the Jordan Valley students studying at Amman Arab University from various faculties by implementing the blood donation campaign at Ghor Al-Safi Hospital. On this occasion, His Excellency the Director of the Hospital, Dr. Omar Al-Maaytah, welcomed the university students and praised all the efforts to implement this precious initiative a success, which provides the blood bank with different groups of blood that they need on a daily basis, especially thalassemia and kidney patients, expressing his gratitude to Amman Arab University represented by the university presidency, faculty, administrative staff, and students for this humanitarian gesture and initiative.
