College of Business at Amman Arab University Launches the Talent Management Club
Coping with the vision of Amman Arab University to achieve entreprenureship and excellence in education, and meeting the needs of students through discovering and developing their talents, the College of Business at Amman Arab University launched a management club Talents. Moreover, Dean of the College of Business, Prof. Hassan Al-Zoubi, affirmed that we believe in the need to move forward in advancing the students of our college at all levels, and in an effort to keep pace with the requirements of the times and to maintain constant and easy communication with them so that the largest possible number of students can benefit from the capabilities of the faculty members from courses and refinement of his character, since many students have talents and abilities capable of creativity, and such students are in dire need of guidance and care for such talents.
In turn, Dr. Muti` Al-Shibli, Chairman of the Club Committee, confirmed that this club will help the student to move forward towards the future, through the club's vision of empowering student talents in the College of Business embodied in its message (creating a stimulating environment for talent and promoting passion for science and knowledge to build future leaders). The club aims to show the potential of the gifted, develop a comprehensive and integrated care system for the gifted, stimulate development in the field of gifted care, in addition to strengthening partnership and integration with strategic partners, improving and strengthening opportunities for international exchange and cooperation, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the college, and promoting a culture of social return, where work will be done to achieve these objectives.
