A Visit to the Middle East Aviation Academy by the Faculty of Aviation Sciences at Amman Arab University
The students of the ninth batch of the Faculty of Aviation Sciences at Amman Arab University visited the Middle East Aviation Academy, where the students were accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Aviation Sciences, Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, Mrs. Noor Arafat from the Marketing Department, and Mrs. Maryam Al-Ghazawi from the E-Learning Center, with the aim of identifying the concerns and laboratories of the Academy, which will host Students during the practical training period during their studies in the field of aircraft maintenance.
The delegation was received by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Mohamed Odeh, his deputy, Captain Ezz El-Din Al-Saud, and the Director General of the Academy, Eng. Abdullah Tuwarish, in addition to the Director of Engineering Training, Eng. Hassan Obeidat. The students were introduced, through a tour of the academy’s premises, to all the specialized concerns of turbine engines, electronic and mechanical systems ,and aircraft structures . It is noteworthy that Amman Arab University is unique in the region with the Faculty of Aviation Sciences, which includes the specializations of aircraft maintenance and aircraft electronics, and plans to develop other qualitative specializations in this field.
