Al-Shibli from "Amman Arab University" Contributes to Training School Students to Establish their "Own Company"
Dr. Mutee’ Saleh Al-Shibli from the College of Business at Amman Arab University participated in training students from some schools in the capital, Amman, on how to establish a company. This program comes under the supervision of the Injaz Foundation, and based on this contribution, the Injaz Foundation directed thanks and appreciation to Dr. Al-Shibli for his efforts and for the success of this work for the year 2021-2022.
For his part, Dr. Al-Shibli stressed that the company establishment program - schools is a guide and reference for students that informs them of how to establish their own companies in the future, and thus represents a body of knowledge full of means and concepts related to markets, building products and attracting customers.
Through this program, students learn how to build their “own company” under the supervision of “Injaz” volunteers, allowing them to analyze and discover opportunities in the market and how to exploit them.
The students will also innovate new products and services, and then work on launching them to the various customer segments in the market, enabling the program to discover their abilities to conduct business in a practical and fast manner.
It is noteworthy that the target group of this program is the students in the basic stage of school and its general objectives emerge that the student will be able, after the end of the program, to analyze and discover market opportunities and how to exploit them, determine a product idea based on this analysis, build an action plan to establish a successful company, and be familiar with the principles The basic
principles for establishing their own company and starting the establishment of the company after their knowledge of the means and concepts related to markets, building products and winning customers, in addition to discovering their abilities to do business in a practical way.
