Deanships of Student Affairs and Universities Environment Attractiveness Engineering

The traditional concept of the university environment has changed as a city with integrated educational facilities and surrounded by closed walls in order to preserve the properties, identity and mission of universities. While we find the modern concept of the university environment, which includes a number of main axes, represented by three axes: learning, innovation and entertainment.
Attractive universities environment engineering has become one of the most important responsibilities of the Deanship of Student Affairs and at the same time it is one of the most important requirements for the academic accreditation of universities as it is linked to the inputs and outputs of the educational process in universities and what is called the university environment and mainly concerns the student as a main beneficiary of the campus and its facilities so that students can enjoy those facilities and goals during the period of the students study, in order for universities to be scientific edifices with an attractive university environment that meets the needs and aspirations of students, and to encourage them to attend, learn, innovate, and engage in intellectual and recreational interaction as one of the basic rights of students, not to mention that it is a marketing method for universities to attract and attract students.
If we browse the strategic plans of the Deanships of Student Affairs as one of the most important deanships, we will find the university environment file as one of the most important main themes, which confirms the importance of care and attention to the student and his needs by providing an attractive university environment in order to translate the university’s educational mission with high quality towards students in light of the clear change in their needs and aspirations in comparison the previous generations of them, and everyone is fully aware that the current generations of students are linked to a culture and thought related to technology and the Internet in light of the trends of the digital age imposed on everyone in all walks of life at the present time.
Based on above, we believe that the Deanship of Student Affairs should shed light on the needs of students in order to provide them in order to create an enjoyable university environment with its facilities. Students enjoy these facilities and services to raise levels of satisfaction and reduce cases of discontent and boredom, and in some cases to avoid unwanted chaotic behaviors, which requires a re-engineering the different needs of students so that universities have an attractive university environment with educational, innovative and recreational purposes to complete the mental image of universities for students and their families, and to be within programmed and supported plans implemented by the Deanships of Student Affairs as the executive body responsible for following up on students and their needs according to their aspirations so that students enjoy their time inside the university campus, and in partnership with the centers of leadership and innovation in universities to absorb the largest possible number of students with pioneering projects and ideas, and activating pioneering competitions to create a spirit of innovation among students with their creative ideas in order to change the thinking and behavior of students into creative and innovative people who are ready to enter the battlefield of the future and the aspirations of the labor market while remaining the image of the university is firmly rooted in the mind and memory of the students with its aesthetics for age.
