Omani Ambassador visits Amman Arab University
Amman - Sheikh Hilal bin Marhoon bin Salem Al Maamari, the Sultanate of Oman's ambassador to Jordan, affirmed that the Sultanate's graduates from Amman Arab University enjoy an outstanding education, research, and service level.
President of Amman Arab University, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, met in his office at the University, with the Omani ambassador, Sheikh Hilal bin Marhoon bin Salem Al-Maamari, in the presence of the second secretary in charge of the cultural department, Mr. Khamis bin Ali Al-Sunaidi, the head of the academic department, Dr. Abdullah Obeidat, and from the University, the Vice President for Academic Affairs and president assistants, and Dean of Student Affairs.
During the meeting, the performance of distinguished Omani students was presented, and the University endeavor through its majors and faculties, to excel and embody the spirit of entrepreneurship and creativity in the quality of education, and to prepare qualified and trained cadres that meet the requirements and needs of the local, Arab and international labor market.
In turn, His Excellency the Ambassador praised the educational, research, and service level that the University graduate enjoys in the Sultanate of Oman and the efforts made by the University to advance the process of teaching and learning through its majors and faculties always to reach excellence, praising the university and expressing his admiration for the level of academic programs at the University.
