President of Amman Arab University sponsors the graduation of the participants in the "Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprises" course
Within the endeavor of the College of Business to serve the local community, President of Amman Arab University, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, graduated the participants in the “Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprises” course, which was held at Maryam Bint Omran School in the city of Fuheis, for eighth and ninth grade students, which was carried out by Dr. Muti’ Al-Shibli and Dr. Mufleh Al-Jarrah from the College of Business, where Al-Widyan indicated that one of the University’s priorities and concerns is to put forward qualitative initiatives to serve the local community in order to build the capabilities of community members in all fields and contribute to the service and development of the local community. It is noteworthy that the course was held over four days, equivalent to 12 training hours, in which thirty-five students participated, and the training resulted in fourteen entrepreneurial ideas. The Dean of the College of Business, Prof. Hassan Al-Zoubi, confirmed that the College seeks, through the initiative of the College of Business courses, to reach the local community and identify their needs that contribute to building their capabilities and transform these needs into specialized training courses. For his part, Dr. Mutee Al-Shibli confirmed that the owners of the entrepreneurship ideas will be networked with the relevant authorities to support these projects, after the final formulation of the projects and the work of business plans and business couching for each project.
