First version of a book entitled as “Asian Perspectives on Workplace Bullying and Harassment” is issued from Springer.
Dr. Imad Al-Mu’ala –Head of Business Administration Department at AAU-published a chapter in this book entitled as “Workplace Bullying and Arab Culture: Evidence from Jordan”, collaborated with Dr. Alison Thirlwall, Professor of Human Recourses from University of Wollongong in Dubai.
This book includes various theoretical and applied studies and tackles Bullying and harassment issues in workplace.
