Training Workshop on Good Manufacturing Practices at Amman Arab University
Faculty of Business conducted a training workshop titled "Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)" for employees of the National Poultry Company in Karak. Led by Dr. Wasef Al-Majali, the workshop covered comprehensive quality management and essential GMP standards, including requirements for GMP certification, which enhances product competitiveness and export opportunities.
The session also highlighted risk management systems and their importance in improving production processes and operational challenges, providing practical examples from the food industry. This initiative aligns with the university's mission to support vital sectors, particularly the food industry, which is crucial for Jordan's economy.
The National Poultry Company expressed its commitment to employee skill development and the significance of collaborating with the university for quality management enhancement.
