Amman Arab University Students Explore Modern Techniques at Smart Lab
College of Pharmacy at Amman Arab University organized a scientific visit to Smart Lab for students enrolled in the Pharmaceutical Analytical Techniques course, supervised by Dr. Alaa Al-Sarhan. The visit aimed to provide experiences, allowing students to familiarize themselves with the latest scientific technologies used in advanced laboratories.
Dr. Khaldoun Shneour, the lab's director, welcomed the university delegation and guided them through various sections of the lab, explaining the operation of advanced equipment such as LC-MS, HPLC, AAS, and GC-MS for analyzing organic compounds, gases, and metals. Students also learned about the CBC analyzer for blood tests and specialized exams like drug testing and newborn screenings.
