Amman Arab University hosted a workshop titled "The Role of Foster Mothers in Building Self-Confidence in Orphaned Children." The event took place at the Omar Bin Al-Khattab Charity Association Orphan Center in Zarqa Governorate and was led by Dr. Feryal Al-Hajj Mahmoud, a faculty member from the university.
Dr. Feryal explored the concept of self-confidence, emphasizing its development from early childhood through life experiences within the family, school, and social interactions. She highlighted the pivotal role of foster mothers in nurturing self-confidence among orphans, empowering them to grow into independent and self-reliant individuals.
