Students of the Faculty of Aviation Sciences at Amman Arab University (AAU) Visit the Middle East Aviation Academy

Within the framework of activating the academic partnership between Amman Arab University and the Middle East Aviation Academy, and in line with the commitment to enhancing the practical and applied aspects for new students, the Faculty of Aviation Sciences at the University organised an academic visit to the workshops and laboratories of the Middle East Aviation Academy for students of the sixteenth cohort of the Faculty of Aviation Sciences. The visit was supervised by Professor Malik Al-Salem, Dean of the Faculty of Aviation Sciences at Amman Arab University, Dr Ahmad Alhosban, Acting Head of the Aircraft Maintenance Department, and several faculty members. The delegation was received by Mr Mo’een Masoud, Director of the Middle East Aviation Academy, Dr Salah Hailat, Director of Engineering and Training at the Academy, and several concerned managers.

During the visit, the students were introduced to the advanced capabilities provided by the Academy in the field of aviation systems training. The visit also included a comprehensive field tour of the specialised workshops and laboratories, which constitute a modern educational environment that enables students to apply theoretical courses in practice and enhances their understanding of the technical and professional aspects of the specialisation.

This visit comes as part of the activation of the agreement signed between the University and the Academy, and is aligned with Amman Arab University’s strategy aimed at expanding horizons of cooperation with specialised academic institutions. Such cooperation contributes to developing students’ skills and providing them with high-quality practical experience, qualifying them to engage efficiently in the labour market.
