Dr. Khatatbeh from Amman Arab University (AAU) Conducts Workshop on Administrative Leadership in Iraq
In line with its efforts to enhance academic partnerships and exchange expertise with international educational institutions, Amman Arab University organized a specialized workshop titled "The Role of Administrative Leadership in Developing the University Work Environment." The workshop was presented by Dr. Mohammad Khatatbeh, a faculty member in the College of Business, to academic staff and graduate students at the Institute of Technical Management in Iraq.
The session aimed to highlight the importance of effective administrative leadership in improving the work environment within universities by adopting modern methods that promote motivation, communication skills, and rational decision-making.
