Amman Arab University Holds Training Workshop on "Electronic Arbitration" for Law Students

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Amman Arab University, through the Career Guidance and Alumni Follow-up Office (King Abdullah II Fund for Development) and in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, organized a specialized free training workshop titled "Electronic Arbitration." The workshop was delivered by Dr. Munther Al-Qudah, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Law and Head of the Private Law Department, as part of the university's efforts to enhance the competencies of law students and equip them with modern legal knowledge.

The workshop covered key topics, including the concepts of electronic arbitration and its growing importance in light of rapid technological advancements, as well as the legal challenges associated with it. Dr. Al-Qudah emphasized the significance of this workshop, highlighting how electronic arbitration rules are gaining global relevance. He noted that the workshop would help outline comprehensive electronic arbitration frameworks that align with the needs of individuals, companies, and civil and commercial institutions. Additionally, it addressed the legitimacy of rulings related to electronic arbitration, their protection, regulatory provisions, innovative practices in the field, and associated rights.

The workshop saw strong attendance from law students at the university, who actively engaged with the topics discussed, reflecting their keen interest in enhancing their understanding of the practical aspects of law. Amman Arab University regularly organizes such training workshops, underscoring its commitment to bridging academic knowledge with practical skills. This approach enables students to meet labor market demands and enhances their ability to succeed in their professional careers.
