  2. Determining training requirements for administrative and academic staff
  3. preparing a training plan for academic and administrative staff
  4. selecting trainees based on forms of training requirements 
  5. implementing training plan throughout all its stages
  6. distributing assessment forms to the trainees in the end of each course
  7. sending assessment forms to analyze them statistically and following up the results in order to take corrective action.
  8. preparing archive for each employee so that every training course or certificate the employee gets can be added to the archive. 
  9. Preparing confirmation letters for participating in training courses.
  10. Concerning with training environment.
  11. Contacting media and public relations department with the aim of documenting training activities.
